1. Internal Tool Designation

Ecommam Ad-Manager is a closed, proprietary system developed exclusively for the internal management of our e-commerce operations. It is not a public application. Access is strictly limited to authorized core team members.

2. Google Ads API Data Usage

Our application integrates with the Google Ads API to retrieve read-only data regarding our own advertising campaigns. We strictly adhere to the following principles:

• Data Retrieval: We exclusively fetch performance metrics including Campaign Status, Spend (Cost), Impressions, Clicks, and CPC.
• Purpose: The data is used solely for internal business intelligence, allowing us to correlate advertising spend with our e-commerce sales to calculate ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, rent, share, or distribute any Google Ads API data to third parties, external agencies, or unauthorized individuals.
• No Automated Modifications: Currently, our tool retrieves data for reporting purposes and does not make automated changes to Google Ads campaigns.

3. Data Security and Retention

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect the data retrieved from Google. Data is stored on secure servers and is retained only as long as necessary to perform historical trend analysis for our business.

4. Limited Use Requirements

Ecommam Ad-Manager's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Terms of Service

By accessing the Ecommam Ad-Manager, authorized personnel agree to the following terms:

• Authorized Access Only: The use of this tool is restricted to authorized Ecommam employees and administrators.
• Acceptable Use: Users must utilize the tool and its data solely for the internal business purposes of evaluating and optimizing Ecommam's advertising campaigns.
• Prohibited Actions: Any unauthorized access attempts, sharing of login credentials, distribution of internal data to external parties, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate revocation of access.
